Common questions

Trelka cannot use my camera

Trelka asks for camera access the first time you photograph a room. If you declined, open the iOS Settings app, find Trelka, and turn on Camera. If camera access stays off you can still add photos by importing them from your photo library, and the rest of the app — rooms, notes, tasks, and reports — continues to work without photos.

Trelka cannot see my photo library

Photo access is requested when you import a property photo, headshot, or brokerage logo. In the iOS Settings app, select Trelka and choose the level of Photos access you want. If you selected limited access, iOS shows only the photos you specifically allowed; you can change that selection from the same screen.

How do I email a seller report?

Open the property's Report Preview and choose Email Seller. Trelka generates the PDF and opens the iOS system mail composer with the report attached. If the Seller Contact field contains a valid email address, it may be prefilled in the To field. Review the recipient, subject, message, attachment, and sending account before you send. If Mail is unavailable on the device, Trelka offers Share PDF as the fallback.

How do I share, print, or save a seller report?

Open the property's report and review the PDF first. Share PDF opens the iOS share sheet, where available destinations can include Messages, AirDrop, Files, Mail, and other installed apps. You can also preview or print the generated report. Once shared, that copy is managed by the destination you chose.

How do I remove the demo property?

The demo property is sample content for exploring the app, and it is separate from the properties you create. You can remove it on its own without affecting your real work. If you want it back later, you can load it again.

Where is my data stored?

Trelka is local-first. Your properties, rooms, notes, tasks, photos, and profile are stored on your device, and there are no accounts and no cloud sync in the current release candidate. Nothing is silently sent to Ocoee Studios. Data can leave the app when you deliberately share a report, email a seller, export your data, contact support, or use an Apple service such as device backup. Deleting Trelka removes its local container, subject to your backup settings. See Privacy Choices.

Can I move my data to another device?

Because Trelka has no cloud sync, your records live on the device that created them. Settings includes a data export that writes your property records, rooms, tasks, seller details, and agent profile to a JSON file you can share or save. Photo image files are not included in that export. A device backup or device-to-device transfer through Apple is what carries the full app container to a new phone.

Reporting a bug or asking for a feature

Email support with the steps that produced the problem, what you expected, what happened instead, and any screenshot. Feature requests are welcome too — tell us what you were trying to accomplish. We read everything that comes in, though we are a small studio and cannot commit to a specific response time.
