Privacy Choices
Effective August 11, 2026
Trelka stores your property, photo, and profile content locally on your device and has no user accounts, advertising, or cross-app tracking in the current release candidate. Even so, you are the one deciding what goes into the app and where it goes afterward. This page explains the controls you have. For the full picture, see the Privacy Policy.
You control what you enter
Every property address, seller name, seller contact detail, note, task, photo, and agent profile field in Trelka is there because you entered or captured it. Optional fields can be left blank. If you would rather not store a seller's contact detail on your device, simply do not enter it — Trelka does not require a seller contact to generate a report.
Manage your app data
Trelka lets you manage local content using the controls available in the app, and those controls differ by item. Individual rooms, preparation tasks, and photos can be deleted; deleted photos and their underlying image files are cleared during the app's routine cleanup. A real property can currently be archived, which keeps its associated local data — including any seller details you entered — on the device rather than permanently deleting it. To remove that data entirely, delete Trelka from your device as described below.
Remove the demo property
Trelka can load a demo property with sample rooms, tasks, and photos so you can see how the app works. The demo is separate from your real work and can be removed on its own, without affecting the properties you created.
Delete all local app data
To remove all Trelka data stored in the app's local container, delete Trelka from your device. This removes the app's local database, photo files, and generated reports held inside that container. Device or Apple backups are controlled through your Apple settings and may retain a copy; those are managed separately through your device and Apple account.
Control camera and photo permissions
In the iOS Settings app, select Trelka to review and change its access to the Camera and to Photos. You can grant limited photo-library access, change your choice at any time, or revoke access entirely. Revoking camera access means you can still add photos by importing them, and revoking both means you can continue using Trelka's rooms, tasks, notes, and reports without photos.
Content you share, email, or export
When you use Email Seller, share a generated PDF report, export your data as a JSON file, print, save, or send anything through the iOS share sheet or system mail composer, that copy leaves Trelka's control. You must manage or delete a sent/shared copy through the destination you selected — the recipient, app, mail provider, printer, or storage service. Deleting the original inside Trelka does not delete copies you have already sent.
Support communications
If you email support, Ocoee Studios receives the information you voluntarily include in that message. You can review and edit the message before sending it. Please avoid including seller personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for your request. You may request deletion of a support correspondence by emailing support@ocoeestudios.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
No sale of personal information
Ocoee Studios does not sell Trelka user data or seller information entered into Trelka, and does not share it for monetary or other valuable consideration.
No targeted advertising or cross-app tracking
Trelka does not use personal data for targeted advertising or to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. The current audited release candidate contains no advertising or attribution SDKs, so there is no tracking to opt out of.
