Privacy Policy

Trelka is published by Ocoee Studios LLC. This policy explains how Trelka handles information when you use the app.

Current privacy posture: Trelka is a local-first app. It has no user accounts, no cloud sync, and no advertising. The property, photo, seller, and profile content you enter is stored on your device, and Ocoee Studios does not operate a server that receives it. Content leaves Trelka only when you choose to share, email, save, print, or export it.

Information you create

Trelka is a tool for preparing a property for listing, so most of what it holds is information you type or capture yourself. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

Property information, including the property address, property type, listing date, and general notes.
Seller information, including a seller name and a seller contact detail, if you choose to enter them.
Room information, including room names, room types, room status, and per-room notes.
Preparation tasks, including task descriptions, priority, and effort level.
Photos you capture with the camera or import from your photo library.
Agent profile information, including the name, title, and contact details you choose to display on your reports.
Brokerage information you choose to enter.
A headshot and a brokerage logo, if you add them.
Generated PDF seller reports produced from the above.

This content is used to provide the app's features. It is stored locally on your device, and Ocoee Studios LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores it.

Information about other people

If you enter a seller's name or contact detail, you are entering information about another person. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to record that information and for handling it in line with your professional, brokerage, and legal obligations. Trelka stores it on your device in the same way as the rest of your property records, and it will appear in an exported data file if you create one.

Device permissions

Trelka may request access to:

Camera, so you can photograph rooms during a walkthrough.
Photo library, so you can import property photos and your headshot or brokerage logo.

You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Trelka requests photo access only when you take an action that needs it, and it does not request location, contacts, microphone, or notification access in the current release candidate.

Where your information is stored

Trelka stores your records in a local SQLite database inside the app's own container on your device, and stores photo, headshot, and logo image files in the app's local Documents storage. Generated PDF reports and data exports are written to local app storage as well. None of this storage is synchronized to Ocoee Studios.

Information we do not collect

Ocoee Studios LLC does not operate, and the current audited Trelka release candidate does not contain, any of the following:

User accounts, sign-in, or authentication
Cloud sync or a cloud database
A backend service that receives your property, seller, photo, or profile content
Advertising or third-party advertising SDKs
Behavioral tracking or cross-app tracking
Analytics, telemetry, or crash and diagnostic reporting
Attribution or marketing-measurement SDKs

Trelka does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

When information can leave your device

Trelka does not transmit your property or seller content to Ocoee Studios. It would be inaccurate, however, to say that information can never leave your device, because the app gives you deliberate ways to take it elsewhere. Information can leave Trelka when you choose to:

Email Seller: Trelka generates the seller report and opens the iOS system mail composer with the PDF attached. If the saved seller contact is a valid email address, Trelka may prefill it as the recipient. You review the recipient, subject, body, attachment, and sending account and choose whether to send.
Share a generated PDF seller report using the iOS share sheet.
Email, message, AirDrop, print, or save a report using a destination you select.
Export your data as a JSON file from Settings and share or save it. This export contains your property records, room and task details, seller details you entered, and your agent profile; it does not include your photo image files.
Save a file elsewhere, such as to Files, iCloud Drive, or another app you select.
Use iOS backup or other Apple services that you control through your device and Apple account settings, which may include the app's local data in a device or iCloud backup.
Email our support address from within the app. You control the message and whether it is sent; Ocoee Studios receives whatever you choose to send.

Once you share or export content, it is handled by the destination you selected — another app, service, or recipient — under that destination's own practices. Ocoee Studios does not control those destinations, and Trelka itself does not silently upload that content to Ocoee Studios.

Data retention and deletion

Your content remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app. The controls Trelka offers differ by item. Individual rooms, preparation tasks, and photos can be deleted from within the app, and deleting a photo also removes its underlying image files during the app's routine cleanup. A demo property can be removed outright and leaves nothing behind. A real property can currently be archived rather than permanently deleted, which keeps its records — including any seller details you entered — stored on the device. Children

Trelka is a professional workflow tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and Ocoee Studios does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

Trelka relies on iOS-provided storage and app-container protections. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should maintain appropriate device security, a device passcode, and backups. Because Trelka is local-first, the security of your property and seller records depends substantially on the security of the device they are stored on.

Changes

We may update this policy as Trelka evolves. If Trelka later adds purchases, accounts, sync, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or any service that changes how data is transmitted or handled, this policy and our App Store privacy disclosures will be reviewed and updated before that change ships. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
