Data Not Collected. Trelka is designed as a local-first app. In the current audited release candidate, Ocoee Studios LLC does not receive your property records, seller details, photos, notes, tasks, agent profile, or reports through an app backend, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or cloud-sync service.

What stays on your device

Property and seller details you enter
Room notes, statuses, tasks, and suggestions you save
Property photos and optional agent/profile images
Agent and brokerage profile information
Generated seller preparation PDF reports
Local app settings and records

When information can leave Trelka

Information can leave the app when you deliberately choose to send, share, save, print, or export it. Examples include:

Email Seller: prepares the seller report in the iOS system mail composer. If a valid seller email is stored for that property, it may be prefilled. You review the message and choose whether to send it.
Share PDF: opens Apple's share sheet so you can choose a destination.
Print / Save to Files: sends the report to the system destination you select.
JSON export: creates a local export that you decide where to save or share.
Contact Support: opens an email to Ocoee Studios support; you control the message and whether it is sent.

These user-directed destinations may have their own privacy practices. Trelka does not silently upload this content to Ocoee Studios.

Tracking and advertising

The audited Trelka release candidate contains no advertising SDK, cross-app tracking, behavioral analytics, attribution SDK, or data-broker sharing. It does not use data for targeted advertising.

Permissions

Trelka may ask for Camera and Photo Library access when you use features that need them. Those permissions support local property-photo and profile-image workflows. Trelka does not request your location, contacts, microphone, or health data for its current feature set.

This summary is version-specific. If Trelka adds a purchase SDK, accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or another feature that changes data flows, we will review and update the App Store disclosures before that build ships.
