These Terms of Use govern your use of STRUK — Jobsite Documentation, developed by Ocoee Studios LLC.

Purpose of STRUK

STRUK is a jobsite documentation and productivity tool designed to help contractors organize project information, work items, photos, videos, reports, proposals, contacts, schedules, and related job records.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying estimates, measurements, proposal pricing, project records, licensing requirements, taxes, contracts, client communications, and other business information before relying on or distributing it.

No professional advice

STRUK does not provide legal, accounting, engineering, architectural, safety, code-compliance, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. Reports, proposals, calculations, and records generated with STRUK should be reviewed before they are shared with clients or used as contractual, regulatory, or financial records.

Jobsite content

You are responsible for the information and media you add to STRUK and for having appropriate rights or permissions to capture, store, use, export, and share that content.

App availability and changes

We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features as STRUK develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Trial and purchase

STRUK is a free download that includes a 3-day free trial. The trial begins when you choose to start it, not when you install the app. After the trial ends, your existing projects, photos, and reports remain viewable and exportable, but creating and editing work requires the one-time purchase.

Full access is a one-time purchase of $29.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Apple processes payment, refunds, and restoring your purchase to your other devices under the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ocoee Studios LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, missed deadlines, deleted or unavailable records, project decisions, estimates, proposals, reports, exports, device failure, or reliance on STRUK as a substitute for professional review.

Acceptable use

You may not use STRUK unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the app or related services, or use the app to violate the rights of others.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as STRUK changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
