Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 16, 2026

STRUK — Jobsite Documentation is developed by Ocoee Studios LLC. This policy explains how STRUK handles information when you use the app.

Local-first design

STRUK is designed as a local-first app. Project records, areas, work items, proposals, contacts, settings, company profile information, and references to jobsite photos and videos are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

Photos, videos, camera and microphone

STRUK may request access to your camera, photo library, and microphone so you can capture or select jobsite photos and videos and record audio with video. STRUK uses these permissions only to provide the features you choose to use.

Sharing and exports

When you create reports, PDFs, spreadsheets, proposals, or other exports and choose to share them, the content is passed to the app, service, recipient, or destination you select through your device. Those third parties may process the information according to their own privacy policies.

Data collection

The current local-first version of STRUK does not intentionally transmit your project content to Ocoee Studios LLC simply because you create or store it in the app.

STRUK may later use third-party services for subscriptions, purchases, cloud features, analytics, crash reporting, or other functionality. If those services are added, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated to reflect the data they process.

Your responsibility

You control the jobsite and client information you enter into STRUK. You are responsible for having appropriate permission to capture, store, export, or share photos, videos, contact information, project records, and other content.

Security and retention

Because STRUK is local-first, much of your data remains on your device. Device security, backups, exports, and deletion practices can affect the security and retention of that information.

Children

STRUK is intended for contractors and other business users and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as STRUK changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
