Jotzi Terms of Use

Overview

These Terms of Use apply to Jotzi, a reminder companion app from Ocoee Studios LLC. By using Jotzi, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Purpose of Jotzi

Jotzi is designed to help you create reminders, notes, lists, calendar items, and templates for personal organization. Jotzi is not a medical device, emergency service, clinical tool, or substitute for professional advice.

Apple Health and Apple Watch

Jotzi can optionally read data from Apple Health to display wellness context. This data is read-only and stays on your device. Jotzi includes an optional Apple Watch companion app for viewing and acting on reminders. Jotzi does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Subscriptions

Jotzi Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Subscription pricing is set in App Store Connect and displayed by Apple at the time of purchase. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the reminders, notes, lists, and other content you create in Jotzi. Do not use Jotzi to store information that you cannot risk losing unless you maintain your own backup using the data export feature.

Privacy

Availability and changes

Ocoee Studios LLC may update, change, pause, or discontinue Jotzi features over time.

No warranties

Jotzi is provided as-is and as-available. Ocoee Studios LLC does not guarantee that Jotzi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocoee Studios LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Jotzi.
