Overview

These Terms of Use apply to Jotzi, a reminder companion app from Ocoee Studios LLC. By using Jotzi, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Purpose of Jotzi

Jotzi is designed to help users create reminders, Smart Loops, sparks, private Vault notes, recipes, and settings for personal organization. Jotzi is not a medical device, emergency service, clinical tool, or substitute for professional advice.

HealthKit and Apple Watch concepts

Jotzi may include product concepts for future Apple Watch and HealthKit features. Any future HealthKit-related functionality should be used only to support reminder timing and user experience. Jotzi does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the reminders, notes, sparks, Vault items, and other content you create in Jotzi. Do not use Jotzi to store information that you cannot risk losing unless you have your own backup or export method.

Availability and changes

Ocoee Studios LLC may update, change, pause, or discontinue Jotzi features over time. The app may also change as it moves from prototype concepts into production features.

No warranties

Jotzi is provided as-is and as-available. Ocoee Studios LLC does not guarantee that Jotzi will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocoee Studios LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Jotzi.
