This Privacy Policy explains how Ocoee Studios LLC handles information in connection with the SpicyCalc mobile application.
Summary: Personal entries are stored locally on the device. Ocoee Studios LLC does not operate an account system or application server for those entries. Apple and RevenueCat process limited purchase and entitlement information for the one-time lifetime In-App Purchase.
SpicyCalc does not require an account, login, or registration. Ocoee Studios LLC does not use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, or cross-app tracking in the App.
Depending on the features you use, the App may store calculator inputs and presets, peptide names and notes, calendar records, entered amounts and units, time and site notes, body metrics, nutrition entries, water intake, fitness activity, notebook entries, disclaimer acceptance, and interface preferences.
These personal entries are stored through local application storage on the device. Ocoee Studios LLC does not receive or have direct access to them.
Local application storage is not application-level encrypted by SpicyCalc. Device protections such as a passcode, biometric lock, operating-system encryption, and secure backups are therefore important.
When you export, share, copy, or back up information, the App sends the file or text only to the destination you select through the device share interface. That destination may process the information under its own privacy policy.
When you import a backup, the selected file is read on the device. Use only files you trust and review files before sharing because they may contain sensitive wellness or calendar information.
Apple processes payment for the one-time lifetime purchase. Ocoee Studios LLC does not receive payment-card details.
RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous App User ID, product and entitlement identifiers, purchase status, transaction timing, storefront information, and technical information needed to validate, restore, and troubleshoot the purchase. RevenueCat and Apple may retain information under their own privacy policies.
Ocoee Studios LLC may view aggregated or pseudonymous purchase reporting through Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking by SpicyCalc.
The App may open external publications or websites in response to a user action. The destination may receive standard network information such as an IP address and browser or device information under its own privacy policy.
Local entries remain on the device until you delete them, clear the App data, import replacement data, or remove the App, subject to device or cloud backup behavior controlled by Apple and the user.
Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and service requirements. Deleting the App does not delete Apple transaction history.
SpicyCalc is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep the device and operating system updated, use device security controls, and avoid exporting sensitive files to destinations you do not trust.
We may update this policy and will revise the Last Updated date when we do.
